In Ukraine, crowds have greeted the first train carrying passengers to the southern city of Kherson a week after it was liberated from Russian occupation. There’s plenty of joy and relief among those returning, but the danger isn’t over yet. Ukrainians still face harsh conditions, including widespread power outages, as winter approaches.
